Muay Thai tuesday

Tuesdays and thursdays consists of Muay Thai and a lot of training. I almost manage to get to the club early to do some workout before Muay Thai. I usually shadowbox with weights, do some squats with kettlebells and some drills. This tuesday I did some Ground n pound drills and mostly squats with kettlebells. Yesterday we did some combinations on pads and after the session, I did two rounds of Muay Thai sparring.
